Summer Hair Shows!

It's that time of year again when the student get to preform their own hair shows.. the students have a lot of fun with this event. They get to pick a theme and run with it! To entertain the audience they do all sorts of fun things such as, making them dance in under ware?? having dance offs, acting like animals, hula hooping, modeling, jump roping.. or small simple "talents"!!

Salon In A Box!

The students had to go around and visit different salons to get familiar and see that all salons are different! They had to construct and design their own salons how they want them in a shoe box.. Steph went above and beyond and basically built a doll house! Good job girls they were fun to look at!

Color Painting Class

To show the students hands on about hair coloring we have fun playing with water colors. They mix and match colors and see the results of what will happen when the wrong colors are intermixed, or what kind of toner should be used to cancel out unwanted colors!

Highlighting!

Students had fun coming up with different ways to highlight the hair.. as you can see.. some of the girls have quite the imagination!

Up-Do Contest

Annual up-do contest which has been held every May for the past 10 YEARS - with both a fantasy and prom categories. This year Kristen from Northern Cali. won the fantasy $100 - and Mirna from Mesquite Nevada won the prom $100.
